Shipping policy

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible so you receive your products as quickly as possible. Normally, this means that all orders for which we have received payment confirmation will be shipped on the same day or at the latest the next (if in stock). For orders within the Netherlands, we ship via DHL or PostNL, which always includes track & trace. Internationally, we use DHL, which always includes track & trace.

If the product you receive is not to your liking, please report this as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks, so it can be assembled or exchanged. Products can easily be purchased or exchanged as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.

With an eye to the environment and sustainability, we reuse boxes and packaging materials. Our priority is that your product arrives safely and undamaged, but it is possible that your package arrives in an older box or a box with other advertising.
